If the client delivers between 1 to 500 accounts to Courts Collection Agency, the fees will be as follows.

a) 0 to 90 days from the date of service 30%.
b) 91 to 120 days from the date of service 35%.
c) 121 days and over from the date of service 45%.

The total amount collected will include payments made directly to the Client while Courts Collection Agency is handling the account. Records of Courts Collection Agency shall be subject to review at all times upon request by the representative of the Client.
