Courts Collection Agency will not be held responsible nor liable for any erroneous or fraudulent claims, products or services rendered by any business, person or persons. There is a five dollar ($ 5.00) NONE REFUNDABLE processing fee for each account. Courts Collection Agency charges 33% of what ever we collect. If we don't collect, we don't get pay.
